Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- capability to lift up to 25 pounds
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- basic knowledge of cleaning safety protocols
- effective communication skills
- team-oriented mindset
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is an advantage but not required
- strong communication and teamwork skills

- knowledge of basic cleaning and safety procedures

Job Duties
- Set and reset tables in accordance with restaurant standards
- clear used dishes, utensils, and glassware from tables and transport them to the kitchen
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including sweeping and mopping floors as needed
- replenish supplies and assist with stocking items in the service area
- read and comprehend labels on chemicals and material safety data sheets (MSDS)
- assist with opening and closing duties, including trash disposal and organizing dining supplies
- communicate effectively with the front-of-house team to ensure a smooth dining experience
