Job Requirements
- ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs
- able to work in hot and cold environments
- ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours per shift
- frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting, and stooping
- manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils and technology systems
- ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment
- visual ability including distance, close, color, depth and peripheral
- ability to adjust focus as needed
- ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
- Responsible Beverage Service Certification required for California positions
- eligibility to work under E-Verify
- compliance with California wage and labor laws

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous restaurant or food service experience a plus but not required
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- ability to follow instructions and company policies
- ability to obtain Responsible Beverage Service Certification (for California locations)
- basic knowledge of food and beverage menus
Job Duties
- bus, clean, and properly reset tables
- address cleanliness or service needs in public areas
- provide general knowledge of food and drink menu and recommend and upsell products
- answer phones promptly and professionally and direct calls
- support all areas of the restaurant as business needs arise
- ensure compliance with safe food handling, cleanliness, sanitation, and safety procedures
- deliver outstanding team-based guest service
