We continually strive to enhance the hospitality sector by providing excellent professional opportunities, fostering personal growth, and maintaining a strong community presence. Situated in California, our venue benefits from its inclusive culture and diverse clientele, contributing to our outstanding reputation and continual expansion.
We are currently seeking an energetic and hardworking Busser to join our food and beverage team. This entry-level role is a fantastic opportunity for individuals eager to advance their career in the restaurant or hospitality industry. As a Busser, you will play a crucial role in supporting the dining experience of our guests by ensuring a spotless and welcoming environment. Your responsibilities will include clearing and resetting tables efficiently to maintain a smooth and well-paced service flow. Additionally, you will assist servers throughout their shifts, contributing to the overall guest satisfaction and the operational efficiency of the restaurant. This role requires a proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively under the supervision of the Shift Supervisor.
The position requires a minimum age of 21 and is subject to a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening, along with random drug and controlled substance tests. Candidates must also successfully complete a background investigation and obtain and maintain a gaming license in California. Preference will be given to qualified tribal members under tribal preference policies. This position not only demands a flexible and cooperative attitude but also offers a supportive environment where enthusiastic individuals can grow and excel in their hospitality careers. Joining our team means becoming part of a vibrant, fast-paced work environment that values dedication, teamwork, and guest satisfaction at its core.
