We are currently looking for a motivated and dependable Busser to join our team. The Busser plays an essential role in the smooth daily operations of the restaurant by supporting our wait staff in maintaining cleanliness and readiness of the dining areas. This role requires an individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and values teamwork, attention to detail, and promptness. The Busser’s primary responsibilities involve cleaning tables, resetting seating areas, maintaining the overall cleanliness of the restaurant, and ensuring that guests have a pleasant and uninterrupted dining experience. This position requires physical stamina as it involves standing for long periods, lifting, and quick movement around the restaurant.
The Busser is a key player in ensuring that our customers’ tables are ready efficiently between seatings, which helps reduce wait times and contributes significantly to guest satisfaction. The role also includes assisting the wait staff by delivering food to large parties and responding to guest requests proactively, thereby enhancing communication across the team and improving service quality. Job Requirements
- Previous restaurant experience preferred
- Have working knowledge of the predominant language(s) of our guests
- Be able to lift, reach, bend and stoop
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time

Job Duties
- Promptly clean table tops, chairs and booths between seatings
- Reset and arrange tabletop
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant
- Maintain clean floors at all times
- Take soiled tableware to dish room and unload, sort and stack silverware, dishes, glassware in designated areas
- Inspect assigned restrooms every 30 minutes and clean as needed
- Proactively pre-buss during peak hours
- Respond appropriately to guest requests and communicate guest requests to server as needed
- Assist server with food delivery especially with large parties
- Maintain communication with servers and hostess for seating, table utilization and customer service
- Thank guests as they are leaving the restaurant
- Fill in as needed to ensure smooth and efficient operations as directed by management
