Job Requirements
- Previous restaurant experience preferred
- Have working knowledge of the predominant language(s) of our guests
- Be able to lift, reach, bend and stoop
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time

- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests
- Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Capacity to provide attentive and friendly customer service
Job Duties
- Promptly clean table tops, chairs and booths between seatings
- Reset and arrange tabletop
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant
- Maintain clean floors at all times
- Take soiled tableware to dish room and unload, sort and stack silverware, dishes, glassware in designated areas
- Inspect assigned restrooms every 30 minutes and clean as needed
- Proactively pre-buss during peak hours
- Respond appropriately to guest requests and communicate guest requests to server as needed
- Assist server with food delivery especially with large parties
- Maintain communication with servers and hostess for seating, table utilization and customer service
- Thank guests as they are leaving the restaurant
- Fill in as needed to ensure smooth and efficient operations as directed by management
