Currently, Panda Restaurant Group is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated bussers to join their team. The role of a busser is crucial in enhancing the guest experience by supporting servers and ensuring smooth table turnover. Bussers play an integral part in maintaining the cleanliness and readiness of the dining area by efficiently clearing and resetting tables, refilling water and tea, and restocking necessary items such as plates, silverware, and glassware. Panda believes the busser role is much more than just a support position; it is about making guests feel welcomed and cared for through exceptional service. This position requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Bussers are expected to uphold Panda's high standards for cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency while being vigilant to any potential guest issues and assisting servers with additional guest needs. This is an hourly position with a competitive pay range of $16.90 to $19.90 per hour, with individual pay determined by factors such as location and experience.
