The role at Smokey Bones is integral in supporting the seamless operation of the restaurant by maintaining cleanliness, assisting with dining service, and promoting a positive guest experience. Team members in this position are responsible for rolling clean silverware, removing dirty dishes and utensils, resetting tables promptly after guest departures, sweeping service areas, and managing trash removal. They also assist with food running and guest service as required, ensuring the dining atmosphere remains welcoming and efficient. Adherence to health and safety regulations is paramount to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff. Job Requirements

  • Able to communicate speak read and write in English
  • Excellent customer service and people skills
  • In-depth knowledge of food sanitation and safety policies
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High energy levels
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Excellent verbal communication
  • Able to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs to waist level
  • Able to move items up to 50 lbs for distances of up to 25 feet
  • Able to remain standing and active for an 8-12 hour shift
  • Able to hear understand and respond to employees and guests requests in a loud environment
  • Able to tolerate exposure to cold and hot temperatures below 0 F and above 90 F throughout the shift

Job Duties
