Job Requirements

Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs
Able to work in hot and cold environments
Ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods while performing essential job duties
Responsible Beverage Service Certification required for California positions (can be completed during training
up to 60 days after start date)

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous bartending or customer service experience is beneficial
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and mixology principles
Ability to work in fast-paced, high-energy environments
Responsible Beverage Service Certification required for California positions (can be completed during training)

Job Duties

Exceed the customer expectations at the bar by providing friendly, prompt, and attentive service tailored to customer preferences
Efficiently craft every drink to perfection using proper safety equipment, tools, and recipe specifications while serving responsibly
Maintain extensive knowledge of food and drink menus to recommend and upsell effectively
Support servers by answering questions about spirited drinks
Adhere to safe food handling, cleanliness, sanitation standards, and all safety procedures throughout the shift
