Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs
  • Able to work in hot and cold environments
  • Ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods while performing essential job duties
  • Responsible Beverage Service Certification required for California positions (can be completed during training
  • up to 60 days after start date)

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous bartending or customer service experience is beneficial
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and mixology principles
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-energy environments
  • Responsible Beverage Service Certification required for California positions (can be completed during training)

Job Duties

  • Exceed the customer expectations at the bar by providing friendly, prompt, and attentive service tailored to customer preferences
  • Efficiently craft every drink to perfection using proper safety equipment, tools, and recipe specifications while serving responsibly
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of food and drink menus to recommend and upsell effectively
  • Support servers by answering questions about spirited drinks
  • Adhere to safe food handling, cleanliness, sanitation standards, and all safety procedures throughout the shift
