This exciting hourly, non-exempt position offers a competitive pay rate of $16.90 per hour plus tips and focuses on creating an enjoyable work environment while delivering exceptional customer service. In this position, employees will be responsible for bussing tables, cleaning, and setting up dining areas, all while ensuring the restaurant maintains the highest standards of hygiene and safety. A general knowledge of the menu is essential as you will also recommend and upsell food and beverage selections to enhance the guest experience. The role includes answering phones professionally and supporting all restaurant areas as needed to deliver outstanding service. Job Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs
- able to work in hot and cold environments
- ability to walk and stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift
- frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting and stooping
- manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils and technology systems
- ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment
- visual ability including distance, close, color, depth and peripheral vision
- ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
- Responsible Beverage Service Certifications required for California positions, can be completed during training or within 60 days after start date
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior restaurant or food service experience is a plus but not required

- Bussing, cleaning, and properly resetting tables
- addressing cleanliness or service needs in public areas
- having general knowledge of food and drink menu and recommending and upselling products
