Job Requirements

  • ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs
  • able to work in hot and cold environments
  • ability to walk and stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift
  • frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting, and stooping
  • manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils and technology
  • ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • visual ability including distance, close, color, depth and peripheral
  • ability to adjust focus as needed
  • ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation
  • responsible beverage service certification for California employees
  • ability to work flexible schedules

Job Qualifications

  • knowledge of food and beverage menus
  • strong teamwork and communication skills
  • ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
  • prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred

Job Duties

  • bus and clean tables
  • reset dining areas properly
  • address cleanliness and service needs in public spaces
  • recommend and upsell food and drink menu items
  • answer and direct phone calls professionally
  • support all restaurant areas as needed
  • maintain safe food handling and sanitation standards
