Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or the restaurant industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
- Commitment to adhering to food safety and sanitation procedures
- Must pass Electronic Employment Eligibility Verification Program (E-Verify)
- Willingness to comply with company policies including drug and alcohol prohibitions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods during shifts
Job Duties
- Bussing, cleaning, and properly resetting tables
- Having a general knowledge of the food and drink menu to recommend and upsell products
- Answering phones promptly and professionally and directing calls
- Delivering food and bar beverages throughout the restaurant
- Assisting guests and ensuring opportunities to WOW customers are completed
- Maintaining safe food handling, cleanliness, and sanitation standards during shifts
- Demonstrating teamwork and collaboration with other staff members
