Job Description

The Front of House (FOH) environment plays a critical role in the dining experience, and our establishment is dedicated to maintaining an inviting, clean, and well-organized space where guests feel welcomed and valued. The role we are offering is a Front of House Crew Member position, which is vital in creating an outstanding guest experience by preparing and maintaining the dining environment. This includes tasks such as bussing and setting tables, sanitizing dining areas, restocking necessary items like utensils and napkins, and assisting other team members as needed. Working in the front of the restaurant, you will ensure guests are seated promptly and that the environment is clean and safe at all times. A key part of this job is to express genuine hospitality, maintaining a positive and friendly attitude that reflects well on our brand and encourages repeat visits.

This position typically requires working in a fast-paced environment and can involve standing for extended periods and exposure to various restaurant conditions such as heat, noise, and humidity. Job Requirements

  • Must be a certified food handler in respective state
  • Must be able to work in hot wet humid and loud environments for long periods of time
  • Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time up to 8 hours
  • Must be able to safely lift bags cases and stacks up to 40 pounds many times per shift
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be at least 17 years of age
  • Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with fellow team members
  • Possess the ability to maintain effective working relationships with all team members

Job Duties

  • Bus clean sanitize and set tables throughout the shift ensuring guests are seated in a timely fashion
  • Restock utensils napkins and assist with other dining room needs
  • Maintain FOH floors during shift to maintain cleanliness and prevent safety issues for guests and team members
  • Perform shift change and or opening or closing duties including sweeping floors cleaning restrooms parking lot cleaning and emptying trash
  • Provide genuine hospitality with a smile
  • Maintain a great attitude with focus on guest satisfactions
  • Assist in refilling drinks chips salsa and running food when necessary
