We are currently looking for energetic and hardworking Bussers to support our food and beverage operations. Bussers play a critical role in maintaining the flow of the dining room by ensuring tables are clean, reset, and ready for new guests promptly. Responsibilities include clearing dishes, wiping down tables, replenishing table settings, and assisting servers during their shifts. This role is essential to creating a clean, welcoming, and well-paced dining environment that enhances the overall guest experience. Under the direct supervision of the Shift Supervisor, Bussers also assist in opening and closing procedures, contributing to the smooth operation of the restaurant. This role serves as a fantastic entry-level position for those interested in advancing within the hospitality sector or gaining valuable experience in restaurant operations. Candidates must be at least 21 years old, as there are age restrictions related to the gaming license and other regulatory compliance aspects associated with this position. Additionally, applicants must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening, random drug testing, background investigation, and obtain and maintain a gaming license as required by California regulations. Preference is given to qualified tribal members, reflecting our commitment to supporting local community employment.
