The role of a Busser at Colony Grill is vital to maintaining a seamless dining experience that guests have come to expect. As a service-oriented Busser, you will be an essential member of the front-of-house team responsible for upholding cleanliness, ensuring tables are ready for new guests, and supporting servers by delivering service items promptly. Your primary duties will include clearing used plates, glasses, and cutlery efficiently to prepare tables for the next seating while adhering to stringent health and hygiene standards. Beyond cleaning, you will support the flow of service by running pizzas to tables, replenishing condiments, napkins, and silverware, and ensuring guests' drinking glasses are refilled with water as needed. Additionally, you will assist in opening the restaurant and setting up the dining area by cleaning chairs, tables, and floors.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous busser or restaurant experience preferred but not required
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to carry 10-30 lbs
- ability to operate cleaning equipment such as commercial vacuum
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
