Bussers ensure that every guest is greeted with a clean, comfortable, and ready table, setting the tone for memorable moments at the restaurant. This position involves more than just clearing and resetting tables; bussers play an active role in supporting the dining room team by maintaining smooth operations and ensuring that everything is in place for guests to enjoy their meal. No prior restaurant experience is required, as Cracker Barrel is committed to training new team members thoroughly through their industry-leading PAR training program. This ensures bussers are fully equipped to deliver excellent service from day one. The position is offered as either full-time or part-time employment, with competitive wages paid weekly and the added option for same-day pay access.
