The role being offered is that of a restaurant busser, an essential team member responsible for helping maintain the smooth operation of the dining area. This position involves prompt clearing and resetting of tables, stocking service areas with necessary supplies, assisting servers with delivering food and pre-bussing tables, and contributing to the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant. Additionally, the busser will be tasked with managing linen and dishware transport and ensuring the coffee-to-go station in the lobby is replenished and tidy. This role is critical to supporting both the front-of-house operations and enhancing guest satisfaction by ensuring a responsive and efficient dining experience. The position requires the ability to work under pressure, communicate effectively, and collaborate well with the team. Job Duties

  • Promptly clear and reset used tables
  • remove dirty stock to dish area and breakdown trays
  • take soiled linen to designated area and/or Housekeeping Department for laundering
  • stock and maintain service stations with proper supplies before, during and after each shift
  • set up and refill coffee-to-go station in the lobby and keep it replenished as needed
  • keep area picked up and clear
  • promptly assist servers in the pre-bussing of tables and delivery of food orders
  • assist in the general cleaning and maintenance of the restaurant
