Job Duties

  • Work well under general supervision and with a variety of other positions in the restaurant
  • Work quickly and efficiently
  • Follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines
  • Work directly with FOH staff to ensure all of the guest's needs are fulfilled in a timely manner
  • Acknowledge all guests in a smiling, friendly manner
  • Assist the servers in pre-bussing dishware as guests finish eating
  • Responsible for the final removal of all plate and glassware after a guest departs from the table
  • Reset all tables within a timely manner after guest departure including silverware setup and cleanliness detail
  • Proper food handling and sanitation of work areas
  • Communicate with FOH staff and management to keep one another informed, wears a headset
  • Participate in ongoing training and development
