The Busser position at M Crowd Restaurant Group is crucial in supporting the front-line wait staff and bartenders by attending meticulously to the details that enhance the guest experience. Responsibilities include serving guests water, salsa, and tortilla chips upon arrival and providing refills as needed. Bussers also ensure seamless dining by removing used tableware between courses, clearing and resetting tables promptly after guests leave, and maintaining an overall organized and pleasant dining area. This role requires strong attention to detail, attentiveness, and a willingness to work collaboratively with a dedicated team to delight guests at every turn.
