Job Requirements
- Minimum knowledge of food and beverage items and preparation techniques
- Ability to verbally communicate and write information
- Prior restaurant experience preferred
- Basic food handler certification
- Alcohol service certification (may be provided upon acceptance)
- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Maintain work schedule as assigned and communicate scheduling needs to management in advance
- Provide detailed knowledge of culinary and beverage items
- Complete required and suggested training
- Perform pre-shift side work
- Review menu and know all items, ingredients, and preparation methods
- Check with Lead line cook for special instructions before each shift
- Ensure the line is set up and clean
- Memorize table and seat numbers to deliver orders correctly
- Maintain professionalism and customer service focus
- Immediately clean and reset dirty tables
- Keep the floor free of debris
- Complete cleaning and stocking duties as assigned
- Be knowledgeable of resort and spa offerings and hours
- Deliver "I Am Proud" service standards
- Establish consistent cross-departmental communication
- Complete additional training as needed
- Perform deep cleaning and organizing
- Assist other restaurant and resort functions
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and functionality
- Alert management to needed products and manage product rotation
- Understand resort department functions and locations
- Work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Greet guests, members, and team members positively
- Provide extraordinary service showing wellness and STRATA virtues
- Uphold company brand, culture, vision, and values
- Empower self to resolve issues
- Give guests and members a fond farewell
- Address feedback using the LEARN Model
- Demonstrate professional appearance
