Job Requirements
- minimum age as required by law
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand walk and carry trays for extended periods
- basic English communication skills
- willingness to adhere to hygiene and safety standards
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role is advantageous but not required
- strong communication skills
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- stamina to perform physical tasks during shifts
- passion for providing excellent customer service
- ability to follow instructions and maintain a clean workspace
Job Duties
- assure and maintain the highest standards of service sanitation and hospitality by keeping a clean and inviting atmosphere for guests
- communicate when tables are ready to be seated
- perform stationary opening and closing set up for each shift
- roll silverware
- maintain restroom cleanliness
- assist serving team to ensure prompt and courteous service
- support team efforts to provide an outstanding guest experience
