Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests
- Capacity to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to follow all sanitation and safety protocols
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality industry beneficial but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Enthusiasm for delivering excellent guest service
- Physical ability to perform cleaning and lifting tasks
- Availability for flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Maintain highest standards of service, sanitation, and hospitality by keeping dining areas clean and inviting
- Communicate with team to indicate when tables are ready for seating
- Perform stationary opening and closing set up duties during each shift
- Roll silverware and ensure restrooms are clean and well maintained
- Assist team with timely clearing and resetting of tables
- Support team members by maintaining a positive and helpful attitude
- Follow all health and safety guidelines consistently
