- Previous experience working as a Busser in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in the English language both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain and follow processes and standards
- Drive and ambition with the desire to learn and grow within the team
- Full ownership of your role
- Possess a valid Food Handler Card
- Valid documentation of your right to work in the U.S.

Job Duties
- Ensure server stations are set to required standards
- Set and clear tables to SUSHI SAMBA standards
- Maintain adequate supplies of all required items in server stations
- Clear dishes and return them to the kitchen for cleaning
- Wipe tables and seats as required
- Attend mandatory pre-shift meetings
