Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • US work authorization required
  • Reliable transportation required
  • No prior restaurant experience required
  • Must take and pass all training tests 90 percent or higher
  • California food handler certificate must be obtained within 30 days from hire date
  • Ability to stand constantly

Job Duties

  • Assist in preparing restaurant for dining service by setting up section including polishing and preparing items such as linens silverware and glassware before they go to the floor and assisting at setting them at the table
  • Greet all guests and co-workers in a warm personal friendly manner
  • Assist service team as needed by removing dishes and glasses from tables or counters throughout guests' meal and take them to kitchen for cleaning
  • After guest has finished dining prepare table by clearing and cleaning table and resetting for next guest
  • Assist guests with any requests or concerns and take action to correct any problems
  • Stock service areas with supplies such as tableware and linens throughout service period
  • Assist in removing trash from full receptacles and replacing liner
