Job Duties
- Promptly clear and reset tables to ensure efficient table turns and guest readiness
- Support servers and runners by delivering water, bread, condiments, and other service needs
- Maintain a clean and organized dining room, including floors, service stations, and public areas
- Assist in restocking supplies such as silverware, glassware, napkins, and water stations
- Monitor guest needs and assist with clearing used plates or items between courses as appropriate
- Ensure all tables are set properly and ready for new guests in alignment with brand standards
- Support opening and closing responsibilities, including setup and breakdown of the dining area
- Communicate clearly with the FOH and BOH teams to ensure smooth, coordinated service
- Follow all health and safety regulations and cleanliness protocols
- Exhibit a helpful, approachable demeanor with guests and team members at all times
