Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
prior experience in janitorial or bussing duties
ability to communicate effectively in English
physical ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift up to 15 pounds
commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
willingness to comply with training and certification requirements
adherence to uniform and grooming standards

Job Qualifications

Proven experience as a janitor busser
ability to communicate in English
ability to understand policies and procedures used to clean and sanitize a restaurant
ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions
successfully complete training programs including orientation and compliance training
maintain uniform and grooming standards

Job Duties

Adhering to uniform standards
adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized restaurant
maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
ensure HOH Standards, Safety and Sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times
ability to work as a team
train using tablets or computer
ability to work in a fast paced environment
any other duty or responsibility that management may deem necessary
