Job Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience in the hospitality industry
- Food handling certification including ServSafe and Responsible Beverage Service required
- Prior food service experience preferred but not necessary
- Ability to lift or move items up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move about the property
- Must conform to hotel dress and grooming standards
- Commitment to punctuality and regular attendance
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Clear, clean, and reset tables throughout dining shifts
- Restock service stations to ensure availability of supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
- Address and escalate guest feedback and concerns tactfully
- Collaborate effectively with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
- Engage with guests to provide friendly, efficient service
- Follow hotel dress and grooming standards
