Job Requirements

A high school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience in the hospitality industry
Food handling certification including ServSafe and Responsible Beverage Service required
Prior food service experience preferred but not necessary
Ability to lift or move items up to 50 pounds occasionally
Ability to stand for extended periods and move about the property
Must conform to hotel dress and grooming standards
Commitment to punctuality and regular attendance

Job Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties

Clear, clean, and reset tables throughout dining shifts
Restock service stations to ensure availability of supplies
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
Address and escalate guest feedback and concerns tactfully
Collaborate effectively with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
Engage with guests to provide friendly, efficient service
Follow hotel dress and grooming standards
