Job Requirements

  • Clean TP black hat worn facing forward at all times
  • Hair must be kept clean and under the TP hat
  • Clean shaven or maintained beard and mustache
  • Fingernails must be trimmed
  • No jewelry allowed on ears, face, neck, or wrists
  • No headphones or earbuds allowed
  • Clean non faded and wrinkle free TP kitchen shirt tucked in
  • Belt required
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 15 pounds
  • Attend and complete all required training
  • Ability to understand and follow cleaning and sanitation policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a janitor busser
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple instructions
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Completion of required training and orientation
  • Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Adhering to uniform standards
  • Adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized restaurant
  • Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
  • Ensure Head of House standards, safety and sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Train using tablets or computer
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Perform any other duties or responsibilities that management may deem necessary
