Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED
  • minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant
  • able to multi-task
  • ability to stand for long periods of time, lift 25 lbs, and bend, climb or work in confined spaces
  • customer service focused and solution oriented
  • must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment
  • ability to work a flexible schedule based on restaurant needs
  • food handler's card may be required according to local and/or state regulations

Job Duties

  • deliver exceptional customer service by quickly and efficiently clearing restaurant tables
  • carry large loads of dishes to kitchen for washing
  • support other areas of the restaurant as necessary such as setup, cleanup, prep work and equipment maintenance
  • maintain overall cleanliness of dining room and restrooms
  • ensure tables are properly set with silverware and glassware
  • assist wait staff to improve table turnover times
  • adhere to health and safety standards in all duties
