Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant
- able to multi-task
- ability to stand for long periods of time, lift 25 lbs, and bend, climb or work in confined spaces
- customer service focused and solution oriented
- must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment
- ability to work a flexible schedule based on restaurant needs
- food handler's card may be required according to local and/or state regulations

Job Duties
- deliver exceptional customer service by quickly and efficiently clearing restaurant tables
- carry large loads of dishes to kitchen for washing
- support other areas of the restaurant as necessary such as setup, cleanup, prep work and equipment maintenance
- maintain overall cleanliness of dining room and restrooms
- ensure tables are properly set with silverware and glassware
- assist wait staff to improve table turnover times
- adhere to health and safety standards in all duties
