Job Requirements

high school diploma or GED
minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant
able to multi-task
ability to stand for long periods of time, lift 25 lbs, and bend, climb or work in confined spaces
customer service focused and solution oriented
must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment
ability to work a flexible schedule based on restaurant needs
food handler's card may be required according to local and/or state regulations

Job Duties

deliver exceptional customer service by quickly and efficiently clearing restaurant tables
carry large loads of dishes to kitchen for washing
support other areas of the restaurant as necessary such as setup, cleanup, prep work and equipment maintenance
maintain overall cleanliness of dining room and restrooms
ensure tables are properly set with silverware and glassware
assist wait staff to improve table turnover times
adhere to health and safety standards in all duties
