- Must pass all training tests with 90 percent or higher

Job Duties
- Assist in preparing the restaurant for dining service by setting up section including polishing and preparing items such as linens silverware and glassware
- Greet all guests in a warm personal and friendly manner
- Assist service team by removing dishes and glasses from tables and taking them to the kitchen for cleaning
- Prepare tables by clearing cleaning and resetting for the next guest
- Assist guests with requests or concerns and take action to correct problems
- Stock service areas with supplies such as tableware and linens
- Remove trash from full receptacles and replace liners throughout the restaurant
- Polish and restock plates glassware and silverware as needed
- Conduct restroom checks to ensure supplies are stocked and clean
- Clean up spills disposing of glass safely
- Assist in preparing rollups for guest use
- Report to work as scheduled and on time and follow all scheduling and attendance policies
