Job Requirements

No prior restaurant experience required although useful
Must be at least 16 years of age
Must take and pass all training tests with 90 percent or higher
Able to stand for long periods
Able to walk and reach outward frequently
Able to manually manipulate and bend frequently
Able to climb occasionally
Able to lift and carry between 11 and 20 pounds constantly and 21 to 50 pounds occasionally
Able to push and pull between 13 to 25 pounds frequently and 26 to 40 pounds occasionally
Able to speak and hear verbally
Able to wear personal protective equipment including facemask non slip shoes and back belt if lifting over 25 pounds

Job Duties

Assist in preparing the restaurant for dining service by setting up section including polishing and preparing items such as linens silverware and glassware before they go to the floor
Greet all guests in a warm personal and friendly manner
Assist service team as needed by removing dishes and glasses from tables or counters throughout guests' meal and take them to the kitchen for cleaning
After the guest has finished dining prepare the table by clearing and cleaning the table and resetting it for the next guest
Assist guests with any requests or concerns and take action to correct any problems
Stock service areas with supplies such as tableware and linens throughout service period
Conduct restroom checks to ensure all paper goods are fully stocked the ground is free of rubbish and remove trash from full receptacles and replace the liner
