Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in a restaurant or customer service environment preferred
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
strong communication skills
ability to work under pressure
reliable transportation
ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
positive attitude and a willingness to learn

able to work all scheduled shifts including weekends and holidays
can effectively handle multiple tasks and high stress situations
must be able to work at a fast pace
reliable transportation to and from work
previous restaurant experience preferred but not required

Job Duties

treat customers and co-workers with courtesy and respect
arrive on time for all scheduled shifts and meetings
efficiently do the tasks assigned by leadership
receive assignment at the beginning of each shift
service tables after guests leave
bring tableware to dish area and assist dishwasher by clearing food and keeping dish area clean
clean table tops, chairs, and booths between seatings
inspect and clean restrooms every half hour
sweep, scrub, and mop floors
thank guests as they are leaving
communicate and assist FOH and BOH teams as requested
clean designated areas as assigned by leadership
