Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a restaurant or customer service environment preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work under pressure
  • reliable transportation
  • ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
  • positive attitude and a willingness to learn

Job Duties

  • treat customers and co-workers with courtesy and respect
  • arrive on time for all scheduled shifts and meetings
  • efficiently do the tasks assigned by leadership
  • receive assignment at the beginning of each shift
  • service tables after guests leave
  • bring tableware to dish area and assist dishwasher by clearing food and keeping dish area clean
  • clean table tops, chairs, and booths between seatings
  • inspect and clean restrooms every half hour
  • sweep, scrub, and mop floors
  • thank guests as they are leaving
  • communicate and assist FOH and BOH teams as requested
  • clean designated areas as assigned by leadership
