Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous experience in a hospitality or food service role is an advantage
ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and occasionally up to 100 pounds
effective verbal communication skills
capacity to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
adherence to safety and hygiene standards
ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

food handler's card
mandatory alcohol server training

basic physical fitness to handle lifting and moving items

Job Duties

Removes dishes from tables as necessary
cleans and resets tables according to hotel standards
helps to run food that is ready and complete
assists servers with serving guests water, coffee refills, condiments, etc
sets up and maintains work stations
responds promptly and follows through on guest requests in effective and friendly manner
adheres to hotel safety and sanitation procedures
