Job Requirements

- Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
- Must be able to operate kitchen equipment, including coffee machine, iced tea machine, lemon slicer, and POS system
- Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
- Have a current Food Handler’s Card or willingness to obtain

Job Duties
- Guide guests through their experience while taking, placing, and reviewing orders for takeout and catering
- Understand the restaurant menu to identify different menu items for takeout and catering, and assist guests with menu selections
- Review orders with guests at pick-up or delivery, ensuring order accuracy
- Deliver exceptional hospitality by anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guest expectations
- Clear, clean, and sanitize restaurant tables, buss dishes to the kitchen dishwasher station, and reset tables as needed
- Restock, clean, and maintain all restaurant stations
- Understand restaurant seating layout and server areas to facilitate food delivery
- Serve food or beverages for dine-in and takeout
- Assist with catering orders including delivery when applicable
