Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Proven experience as a janitor busser
Ability to communicate in English
Understanding of restaurant cleaning and sanitation policies
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift and move up to 15 pounds occasionally
Successful completion of mandatory training and certification
Commitment to maintaining strict uniform and grooming standards

Job Qualifications

Proven experience as a janitor busser
Ability to communicate in English
Ability to understand policies and procedures for cleaning and sanitation
Ability to apply common sense and follow simple instructions
Successful completion of orientation and training programs
Compliance with food and alcohol service certifications as required
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Adhering to uniform standards
Adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized restaurant
Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
Ensure HOH standards, safety and sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times
Ability to work as a team
Train using tablets or computer
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Perform any other duty or responsibility assigned by management
