Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Proven experience as a janitor busser
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Understanding of restaurant cleaning and sanitation policies
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and move up to 15 pounds occasionally
  • Successful completion of mandatory training and certification
  • Commitment to maintaining strict uniform and grooming standards

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a janitor busser
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Ability to understand policies and procedures for cleaning and sanitation
  • Ability to apply common sense and follow simple instructions
  • Successful completion of orientation and training programs
  • Compliance with food and alcohol service certifications as required
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Adhering to uniform standards
  • Adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized restaurant
  • Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
  • Ensure HOH standards, safety and sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Train using tablets or computer
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Perform any other duty or responsibility assigned by management
