Job Requirements

must be able to stand, lift and bend for extended periods of time
must be able to bend and lift to 50 lbs
ability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of varying shifts such as days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

previous busser/hospitality experience in a high-volume restaurant/lounge
ability to work and remain focused in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
must be a team player and able to interact with internal and external customers
must have current SNHD food handlers card and alcohol awareness card
ability to handle exposure to hot kitchen elements or cleaning materials

Job Duties

maintain professional appearance standards as directed in the employee handbook
serve water, coffee, and soft drinks, refilling when needed
properly set up coffee and bread stations, perform side-work and other opening/closing procedures as directed by management
clean machines and appliances such as coffee and tea makers, glass washers, and bread warmers
maintain the general cleanliness and orderliness of the coffee and bread station during service
set up bread trays and butter dishes for service, and prepare coffee and tea beverages to order
sort soiled china, glasses, and silverware outside the break down area, polish glasses and silverware and restock server stations
