Job Requirements
- must be able to stand, lift and bend for extended periods of time
- must be able to bend and lift to 50 lbs
- ability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of varying shifts such as days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- previous busser/hospitality experience in a high-volume restaurant/lounge
- ability to work and remain focused in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- must be a team player and able to interact with internal and external customers
- must have current SNHD food handlers card and alcohol awareness card
- ability to handle exposure to hot kitchen elements or cleaning materials
Job Duties
- maintain professional appearance standards as directed in the employee handbook
- serve water, coffee, and soft drinks, refilling when needed
- properly set up coffee and bread stations, perform side-work and other opening/closing procedures as directed by management
- clean machines and appliances such as coffee and tea makers, glass washers, and bread warmers
- maintain the general cleanliness and orderliness of the coffee and bread station during service
- set up bread trays and butter dishes for service, and prepare coffee and tea beverages to order
- sort soiled china, glasses, and silverware outside the break down area, polish glasses and silverware and restock server stations
