Job Requirements

Work days, nights and or weekends as required
Work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
Read and write handwritten notes
Lift and carry up to 30 pounds
Move about facility and stand for long periods of time
Walk or stand 100% of shift
Reach, bend and stoop frequently

Job Qualifications

Friendly and positive attitude
Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members
Capable of working in a fast-paced and noisy environment
Willingness to work flexible shifts including days, nights and weekends
Previous restaurant or bar experience preferred but not required
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
Basic understanding of sanitation and cleanliness procedures

Job Duties

Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
Keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance
Create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
Adhere to company's sanitation procedures
Maintain bus stand cleanliness and stocking
Ensure wait stations remain clean
Empty trash and spot sweep whenever floor needs it or when a manager requests
Perform opening and closing responsibilities including party breakdown duties
Restock and prepare supplies for shift change and or close
Bus and reset tables
Offer assistance to guests by clearing away dishes and glassware and refilling beverages
Assist in party setup
Maintain cleanliness of restrooms including restocking of supplies
Clean high chairs and booster chairs
Assist other team members as needed or when business needs dictate
Be friendly and able to smile a lot while working days, nights and or weekends
Communicate clearly with guests and other team members
