Job Requirements
- Entry level position with on-the-job training
- minors under the age of 18 must obtain a valid work permit if required by the State
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- adherence to Acts Retirement-Life Communities policies
- commitment to providing attentive and courteous service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work as part of a team
- capability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail
- physical stamina for standing and carrying trays
- prior experience in a food service environment is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Clear tables of dirty utensils and dishes
- assist waitstaff with setting tables
- fill water glasses
- stock serving stations with napkins, utensils, and condiments
- maintain cleanliness in dining areas
- ensure a positive dining experience for residents and guests
