Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced hospitality setting preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Physical stamina to perform duties including bussing and cleaning
- Commitment to maintaining food safety and sanitation procedures
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
- Must be able to comply with company policies including drug and alcohol prohibition and E-Verify employment verification
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods during shifts
Job Duties
- Participate as a team player by bussing, cleaning, and properly resetting tables
- Develop knowledge of the food and drink menu to recommend and upsell products
- Answer phones promptly and professionally and direct calls as applicable
- Assist throughout the restaurant by delivering food and bar beverages
- Provide excellent guest service by ensuring every opportunity to WOW a customer is completed
- Commit to safe food handling, cleanliness, sanitation standards, and all safety procedures during shifts
