- Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively and courteously
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning and lifting tasks

Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar hospitality or food service role preferred

Job Duties
- Ensuring the guest dining experience is enjoyable, well-timed, and pleasant
- Providing a professional and inviting attitude when interacting with guests and employees
- Assist with delivery and serving of food items using pivot point system
- Remove soiled dishes and utensils between courses
- Ensure tables are clear, cleaned, and reset promptly
- Carve entrees like pork chops, Chateaubriand, and bone-in New York strip steaks table-side
- Assist chef team with kitchen upkeep including restocking silverware and plate ware and cleaning surfaces and floors
- Assist chef team with kitchen closing duties including returning food items to coolers
