Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively and courteously

Job Duties

  • Ensuring the guest dining experience is enjoyable, well-timed, and pleasant
  • Providing a professional and inviting attitude when interacting with guests and employees
  • Assist with delivery and serving of food items using pivot point system
  • Remove soiled dishes and utensils between courses
  • Ensure tables are clear, cleaned, and reset promptly
  • Carve entrees like pork chops, Chateaubriand, and bone-in New York strip steaks table-side
  • Assist chef team with kitchen upkeep including restocking silverware and plate ware and cleaning surfaces and floors
  • Assist chef team with kitchen closing duties including returning food items to coolers
