Job Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds constantly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to lift from floor to shoulder constantly and overhead infrequently

Job Qualifications

- Hospitality or customer experience preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members
- Ability to safely handle and carry dishware and glassware
- Experience using cleaning supplies and dishwashing equipment
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in a team environment
Job Duties
- Exemplify Bar Louie's mission, vision and values during every shift
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to cleanliness, sanitation and safety
- Engage guests by making eye contact and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain safety by monitoring hazards and keeping floors dry and swept
- Assist in pre-bussing and bussing tables and bar tops
- Clean and sanitize all surfaces, dispose of trash and maintain stocked bathrooms
- Practice responsible alcohol service, involving management when necessary
- Support team by running food and drinks and helping with side work
- Complete opening and closing duties efficiently to ensure shift readiness
- Follow all policies and processes as directed by management
- Provide accurate availability, regularly check schedules and maintain attendance consistency
