Job Duties
- Communicate with and assist food servers to provide quality food and beverage service
- maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas and equipment
- stock beer and soft drinks for bar
- assist all departments in maintaining stock and cleanliness
- clear and reset tables immediately after guests depart
- handle guest complaints promptly and involve a manager
- assist in training new employees according to restaurant standards
