Job Requirements

  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
  • ability to work standing for long periods
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent communication and customer service skills
  • ability to stand and move for extended periods
  • basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is beneficial

Job Duties

  • Quickly clears dirty table settings and prepares table for resetting
  • promptly and consistently resets all serviceware as prescribed
  • maintains stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen, and condiments
  • wipes down booths and chairs, moves tables and chairs, and cleans floors as necessary
  • serves guests beverages, breads, and butter and replenishes as necessary
  • assists servers with food and beverage service
  • transports dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area
  • performs general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products
  • folds napkins to maintain adequate supply
  • performs all assigned side work including replenishing condiments and restocking side stands
  • performs other duties as assigned such as cleaning spills, handling guest requests, and greeting and seating guests
