Job Requirements

Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
ability to work standing for long periods
must be at least 18 years old
legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
excellent communication and customer service skills
ability to stand and move for extended periods
basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is beneficial

Job Duties

Quickly clears dirty table settings and prepares table for resetting
promptly and consistently resets all serviceware as prescribed
maintains stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen, and condiments
wipes down booths and chairs, moves tables and chairs, and cleans floors as necessary
serves guests beverages, breads, and butter and replenishes as necessary
assists servers with food and beverage service
transports dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area
performs general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products
folds napkins to maintain adequate supply
performs all assigned side work including replenishing condiments and restocking side stands
performs other duties as assigned such as cleaning spills, handling guest requests, and greeting and seating guests
