Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
ability to stand for extended periods
physical stamina to lift and carry trays
willingness to work in varied noise and humidity conditions
flexibility to perform multiple tasks

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

wipe tables or seats with dampened cloths or replace dirty tablecloths
set tables with clean linens, condiments, or other supplies
locate items requested by customers
scrape and stack dirty dishes, carry them to the kitchen for cleaning
perform serving, cleaning, or stocking duties as needed
bring food to tables and assist guests
perform other duties as assigned
