Job Requirements

Be at least 16 years of age
Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
Must be able to bend, kneel, stoop, reach, and squat frequently
Capacity to listen attentively and communicate effectively
Willingness to go the extra mile to satisfy guest needs

Willingness to learn and undergo on-the-job training
Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and guests
Knowledgeable about menu items and products offered

Job Duties

Maintain overall cleanliness of the dining area including sweeping and cleaning floors
Reset tables with full sauce caddies ensuring readiness for new guests
Take out garbage and dispose of waste appropriately
Stock ice and other supplies at the bar to ensure smooth operations
Clean bathrooms to maintain sanitary conditions
Pre-buss tables by clearing dirty plates and glasses with guest permission
Assist coworkers in facilitating smooth day-to-day restaurant service
