Job Requirements

Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Willingness to support a diverse team and inclusive work culture

Commitment to maintain cleanliness and uphold sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service environment helpful but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
Strong communication skills
Passion for food and hospitality
Reliable and punctual
Ability to perform physical tasks including cleaning and lifting

Job Duties

Assure and maintain the highest standards of service, sanitation, and hospitality
Keep the restaurant clean and inviting for guests
Communicate effectively to seating hosts when tables are ready
Perform stationary opening and closing setup for each shift
Roll silverware and ensure restrooms are clean
Support team members to better serve guests
Uphold CPK’s High 5 service philosophy in daily tasks
