Job Requirements
- Must have US work authorization confirmed through E-Verify
- Reliable transportation required
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must take and pass all training tests with 90 percent or higher
- Must obtain California Food Handler Certificate within 30 days from hire date training provided if needed
- No prior restaurant experience required
- Must be dependable and report to work as scheduled and on time
- Must follow all scheduling and attendance policies
- Ability to work weekends and holidays with a minimum of three days availability
- Must be able to stand constantly walk constantly bend frequently lift and carry 11-20 pounds constantly
- Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment such as non-slip shoes and back belt if lifting over 20 pounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced moderately noisy environment

Job Duties
- Assist in preparing restaurant for dining service by setting up section including polishing and preparing items such as linens silverware and glassware before they go to the floor and assisting at setting them at the table
- Greet all guests and co-workers in a warm personal friendly manner
- Assist Service Team as needed by removing dishes and glasses from tables or counters throughout guests' meal and take them to kitchen for cleaning
- After guest has finished dining prepare table by clearing and cleaning table and resetting for next guest
- Assist guests with any requests or concerns and take action to correct any problems
- Stock service areas with supplies such as tableware and linens throughout service period
- Assist in removing trash from full receptacles and replacing liner
