Job Requirements

At least 18 years of age
authorized to work in the US
able to lift up to 50 pounds
able to stand for long periods up to 10 hours
able to reach, bend, and stoop
county-required food and alcohol serving certifications must be obtained prior to employment

Job Duties

Obtain service area assignment at the beginning of each shift
remove plates and glassware that guests no longer need
take tableware to dish area and place silverware, dishes, glassware in appropriate areas for washing
assist dishwasher by removing remaining food into appropriate waste bin and maintaining a clean dishwashing station
clean and clear tables after each guest experience
promptly clean table tops, chairs and booths between seatings
check floor and clean as required
inspect assigned restroom every 30 minutes and clean as needed
respond appropriately to guest requests
communicate guest requests to server as needed
assist server with food delivery especially with large parties and during peak periods
continually communicate and assist front of house, bar, and heart of house in stocking, cleaning, and other requested assistance
