Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food safety certification required
- Good communication skills
- Previous experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry heavy trays
- Team player with a positive attitude
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties
- Set tables, including tablecloth, flatware, china and centers
- Clear table and reset at a quick pace
- Greet guests immediately upon being seated with coffee, juice, or bread as appropriate
- Stock stations including linen and maintain order and cleanliness
- Check that glassware and silverware are clean and polished
- Stock clean silver
- Keep ice bins full and return ice scoop to the proper location
- Make coffee and ensure pots are full, properly marked and polished
- Stock coffee cups and saucers and check for cleanliness
- Check and maintain stock of B & B's, caddies, creamers and clean towels
- Carry trays of dirty dishes to dishwasher and unload properly
- Clean up spills immediately
- Offer desserts to guests and provide coffee and tea service
- Close side work by cleaning, restocking supplies and refilling condiments
- Set up and break down special events and buffets including moving furniture
- Set up food on buffets and transport food from kitchen
- Assist servers as necessary throughout the meal service
- Comply with all company safety, health and general policies and procedures
