We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Restaurant Busser. In this role, you will be an essential part of the dining service team, supporting waitpersons and management in providing a seamless and hospitable experience for guests. Your responsibilities will center around maintaining cleanliness and order in the restaurant, ensuring that supplies are continuously available at the bus station, and assisting with the preparation and clean-up for private parties and events. The position demands physical endurance and a keen attention to detail, as your efforts will directly impact the overall atmosphere and efficiency of the dining environment.

As a Busser in the City of Arvadas dining service operations, you will greet customers warmly, assist with serving water and coffee in support of waitstaff, and ensure all silverware, glassware, and tables are clean and ready for use. Youll be responsible for clearing and transporting soiled dishes to the dishwashing area, organizing linen, and maintaining restaurant equipment and furniture. In addition, you will have opportunities to engage professionally in team and organizational meetings, fostering a collaborative spirit throughout the department. This role is suited for individuals who enjoy multitasking, thrive in busy environments, and are committed to providing excellent customer service.

This job requires the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays, reflecting the nature of hospitality and public events. Candidates with prior restaurant or customer service experience will find a strong advantage in performing successfully in this role. Physical stamina is necessary as the job involves strenuous activity, frequent lifting of heavy objects, and operating in varying work environments with exposure to heat, noise, and outdoor elements.
