- Ability to present self in a professional, pleasant, confident and well groomed manner
- Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with customers and staff
- Full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules, policies and procedures
- Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English
- Clark County Health Card required

Job Duties
- Familiarize yourself with service standards for the restaurant, especially table setups, beverage service and prebusing of tables
- Clean and set each table completely before going to another
- Clear all dirty dishes, wipe table with clean cloth, clean ashtrays, wipe booths and chairs
- Reset table completely and properly
- Stock service stations, glasses, cups, silverware, etc
- Keep restaurant clean, floors, carpet, service stations, etc
- Handle all silver, glass and China in a sanitary manner, from the handles of silverware and cups, to the bottom of glasses
- Assist wait persons if possible, never neglect your own duties to get beverages, etc. for Wait Persons
- Never pick up money or guest checks from tables
- Supply the sidestand with bulk supplies
- Empty garbage from the sidestand areas
- Remove condiments and reusable from bus carts
- Break down side station
- Perform related tasks as dictated by your supervisor
- Coffee urns are to be maintained and cleaned
- Maintain milk dispenser, juice machine, ice tea machine, soda dispenser and clean dispensing units
- Make sure all stations are clean and stocked before the end of your shift
- Must provide courteous and friendly service to all customers and staff
- Performs related work as requested
