Job Requirements

Adheres to all grooming standards
No visible tattoos, piercings, or unnatural hair colors
Ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, and hear
Occasionally lifts or moves up to 50 pounds
Must be familiar and proficient with menus and restaurant policies

Job Qualifications

Ability to lift and transport tubs of dishes and silverware, able to lift up to 50 pounds
Uses tray or bus tub to clear tables and deliver beverages
Transports dishes from bus station to dishwashing area
Sorts and separates silverware, dishes, and glassware per guidelines
Maintains thorough housekeeping practices of assigned station
Must be guest-oriented

Job Duties

Stock and maintains bus dish cart station
Ensures necessary supplies, silverware, dishes, and paper products are available
Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of bus station areas
Performs assigned opening duties to ensure clean and well-organized station with proper supplies
Removes unused settings and clears dirty dishes
Provides water, coffee, ice tea, and soda refills as requested
Pre-busses tables throughout shift
Approaches tables promptly with warm greeting and assists food servers
Greets and seats guests when host or hostess is not present
Clears and resets tables quickly as guests depart
Removes all dishes and glassware and cleans table surfaces
Uses tray or bus tub at all times to clear tables and deliver beverages
Transports dishes to dishwashing area and sorts items per guidelines
Maintains thorough housekeeping practices before, during, after shift
Empties and cleans restaurant trash cans as needed
Familiarizes with menus and restaurant policies to answer guest questions
